No Return Policy

As the artisan's will craft your product as per your request and it is made according to order, we do not accept any return request.

If any customer cancels an Order within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, the Amount will be refunded. The Bank Charges will be deducted from the Amount. The refund will be initiated seven days after the order's cancellation date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the Email from You with the Photograph of Damaged Product within Eight hours from the time of receiving of the Product by You or Your Representative and inspected by us , and let you know at Your Email ID if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
